Reading Man Killed In Shooting Leaves Behind Fiancee, Two Children

The 21-year-old killed on Franklin Street in Reading Wednesday night was a father and soon-to-be husband, his fiancee writes on GoFundMe.

Antonio Carrero was fatally shot around 10:15 p.m. on March 13, authorities have said. Police believe the shooting was the result of an "altercation" with suspect Jonathan Minier, who is being held without bail.

In a GoFundMe campaign to assist with funeral costs, his fiancee Aashyiah Cook said he leaves behind a 2-year-old son and a 1-year-old daughter.

Friends and loved ones also memorialized Carrero on Facebook.
